The most important use of the roller removal tool (RRT) is to enhance roller change-out on the ‘best’ retractable idler design in Australia – H & B’s EMRI. The EMRI offers simple, safe and quick manual access to damaged idler rollers. The Roller Removal Tool offers the perfect solution for lifting rolls during roller change-out.

The RRT is used to remove and replace damaged or worn rolls on the EMRI. The light weight, portable design of the RRT allows for easier handling of rollers both when lifting rolls on/off idler frames and when carrying them around the mine site.

The RRT is available as a fixed length (customised to need) or adjustable design.
