H & B Mining design and supply easy maintenance conveyor products to the Australian mining industry. H & B specialise in custom designing new and old transfer points to include their easy maintenance products.

The latest design in the Easy Maintenance conveyor product range is the ‘Streamline’ Conveyor Transfer Design. All of our innovative products are incorporated in a modular design that incorporates a self-supporting system negating the need for secondary steelwork. The result is lower installation costs together with improved access and safety. Thus better conveyor transfer maintenance and increased conveyor productivity.

The Conveyor Diversion Plough

The Conveyor Diversion Plough (plow) was developed and is used to create a secondary circuit on any fixed mining conveyor. It is able to remove or divert any unwanted material from a carry belt.

Segmented Conveyor Skirts

The development of the Segmented Easy Maintenance Conveyor Skirt System heralds a dawn of the changing out of conveyor skirt liners from the outside of chute and skirted areas.

EASY MAINTENANCE RETRACTABLE IDLER

H & B Mining's Easy Maintenance Retractable Idler' the EMRI, revolutionises conveyor idler roller maintenance.

Hinged Conveyor Dust Cover

The easy maintenance dust cover offers a much improved sealing system above skirted areas along a mining conveyor belt.

All interfaces between the dust cover and its adjoining surfaces incorporate a labyrinth seal design.

Conveyor Guard

The D.I.L.O. (drop in/lift out) conveyor guard system has been specifically developed for the Australian mining industry toprovide a safe and easy way to remove and re-install guards. The easy maintenance D.I.L.O. conveyor guarding system is a patented product.

Streamline Conveyor Transfer Design

This revolutionary new patented 'streamline' conveyor transfer design eliminates the need of any secondary support steelwork normally required to hold up conveyor skirts, dust covers and conveyor guards.
